2006    Pine Ridge    Napa Valley    - Onyx
This is a VERY NICE blend. Cab, Cab Franc, Malbec, Merlot and a varietal that I'm really getting into is Tannat. Nice opaque garnet color with black cherry, chocolate, spiced oak, coffee and some tobacco. Our niece turned us on to this one...Thanks Mechelle!
Runs about $60

2006    J.K. Carriere    Willamette Valley    - Pinot Noir
This Oregon Pinot is one of my favorites. I get cherry, peach cobbler on the front end and at the mid pallet, I'm get licorice and grilled tri-tip. This is a big Pinot. There is a lot more going on in that bottle but I don't want to go on for ever!
Runs about $40

2008    Salisbury Vineyards    San Luis Obispo County    Avila Vineyard    - Pinot Natural
We found this gem in the San Luis Obispo area. This is a white wine that you can really enjoy on a nice warm summer evening on your patio. Serve this one nice an cool. The wine maker started making a sparkling and while tasting the wine in the process, really liked what he tasted and Pinot Natural was born.
Runs about $24
